| | Boise, ID 6:30 am Pace: 8:27 Usually the legs feel fresh on Monday morning after taking Sunday off. After Saturday's long run, today felt like a Friday. But I slogged through it and avoided the rain, so it wasn't too bad.

| | Boise, ID Decided to take it kind of easy and only do a five-miler. I'll make up for it this weekend.

| | Boise, ID Noon I decided to not do the Beat Coach Pete run today and instead do another long run. I'm still trying to decide if I'm up for running the Potato Marathon next month. About 13 miles into it, I was deciding that I wasn't. Really dragging. But then after mile 15 I started feeling better (far from good, but better) and was able to keep the pace under 9 mpm. I can put in one more long run in two weeks and decide then.
