Matt tried to kill me today. Really it was my fault. We were up on S. State street heading into Springville and he said this is where he goes up to run on the Bonneville Shoreline trail -- but we don't want to do that today. Then I said something stupid like, if you have time, I'm up for it. It was some pretty good hill climbing, but a great run. Nice views of the valley. But it wore me out. Haven't been doing much hill work lately.
