Usually I run to work when I'm in Utah, but my wife isn't on the rental car, so I just went for a run around Spanish Fork. I went most of the way to Springville and then back. A nice run. Great weather (a little chilly). I saw a dead deer along the side of the road and ran past a pen full of goats.
