Yesterday was the diet cheat day. I ate a huge hamburger with cheese and bacon. It was wonderful right up to the point where it made me sick. I have to remember that when my stomach shrinks I can't eat like I used to, even on a cheat day.
This morning I was still feeling it. Struggled through the first few miles then picked up the pace closer to 8min. for the last three or so. Contemplating a two-a-day tonight.
