went for great morning run in windsor, approx 6k, sunny, no breeze, with my bf and bro-in-laws and learned some neat stuff (how to get to target heart rate, how to train for distance vs speed, why music is annoying while running!).  needed 2 walking breaks but they were short.

did bodypump (50 mins) followed by nice 5K with a friend.  good hill work.  time was 33 - trying to get under 30 within 2 weeks.

afternoon run, 16* C, did 6K in 43 mins.  want to bring that down to about 40.  evening 50 min spin class followed by pushups and situps.

noon, 6K, drizzly, 12*, 43 mins.  worked on finding tempo pace.  had some recovery towards the end.  killed my legs in spin yesterday.

evening run, 15*, drizzle.  an excellent run (for me) - 6K in 39:50.  no walking breaks and base pace throughout.  low point was on the home stretch - it had gotten dark and some jerks in a red 4 door beeped their horn and really startled me.  i was on a path beside the road so there was absolute no danger involved - they were just being jerks.
