Ran 3.5 miles in the morning at about 9:00/mile pace. Felt nice and easy from every perspective. Calves feel great. Lungs felt great. Ran another mile in the evening with the boys. I had them alternate running about 1/4 mile or so at a time. Worked with Samuel (6 yr old) on making sure he picks his feet up enough to not scuff them on the ground. I am going to make sure that Libby starts blogging her runs :) |
