Ran 2 miles in the afternoon, knee got hurty again. I am going to have to scratch on the Provo City 1/2 - with the condition my knee is in, I am having a hard time even running 3 miles, let alone 13. I think it is time for me to look up a good sports physical therapist so that I can get some work done on my knee and abductors. Obviously chiro alone is not doing the trick, even though he also does heat and electric stimulation therapy. I am very bummed right now :( |
