Lunch - 5 recovery miles on the treadmill. After my run yesterday, I realized when I got home that I had managed to get myself sunburned, so I decided it would be best to stay inside today. Legs felt a little dead from the downhill running yesterday. Warmed up with the first mile at 8:30 pace, then settled into the run at 8:00 pace for the rest of the run. After running did planks (2:30 on front in two reps, 1:00 on each side). |
