Lunch - 5 miles on the trusty treadmill, programmed for 1/4 mile warmup at 8:30 pace, then 4.75 miles at 7:30 pace. Felt pretty good, pretty controlled, but like I normally do on Mondays, not 100% normal after the weekend. However, the breathing was good, and the legs were fine. I had felt a little bit of soreness early last week in my shins, but that seems to have gone away. |
