Lunch - 5.4 miles on the treadmill. Warmed up first 1/2 mile at 8:30 pace, then sped up to 8:00 pace for the next 2 miles. At the 2.5 mile mark, I sped up to 7:30 pace for the rest of the run. Average pace of 7:47/mile. Felt very good, nice and smooth. Afterwards did planks - 1:30 facing forward, then 1:00 on each side. I think next week I will add another rep facing forward to my planks. |
