Lunch - 5 easy recovery miles on the treadmill at 8:30 pace. Aerobically, this was a very easy workout - I hardly broke a sweat - but the legs definitely felt dead. Afterwards did 2:30 of forward planks (1:30, 1:00) and 1:00 on each side. PM - 1.5 miles with Samuel at 10:20 pace - he had a difficult time today with allergies and a side stitch - then 0.65 with Joey in at 10:50 pace. Joey did not have any issues with allergies.
