Lunch - 4 easy recovery miles on the treadmill at 8:30 pace. Tried to be nice to my hip flexor today to allow it to heal. Afterwards did 1:30 on front planks and 1:00 each on side planks.
PM - 1.5 miles with Samuel at 10:35 pace, then 0.65 miles with Joey at 11:30 pace. |
