Beus. I think the workout was (3x400,1x800) x3 or 4. I can’t remember, I’m putting this in 5 days later. Something with 4’s and 8’s. It was good. Lifting after was cool expect I prolly went a little too hard #couldn’tsitdownthenextday
Didn't have my gps watch so just went off time. Deer Creek reservoir. It was awesome as always. I got way farther out than I ever have before. Almost to the other side. Great week. Season starts next week!!
