| | Mile and a half warm up, then a mile of speed changes. Feeling great for Wednesday. Then finished up distance at a reasonable pace. Took a good ole ice bath after.
Shout out to Collin and Bridge cuz they both got blogs and they are just waiting for them to be approved #lehitakeover
I took Jamie out of my favorite blogs, i know savage, but she hasn't put in any runs yet. Maybe this will get her to do it.
After Conner Mantz leaves on his mission, I'm gonna put my name as Connor Mantz so people click on my blog thinking its his, so then i'll get some more monthly views.

| | Got some warm up around lehi. We got a stick at the creek and got in some nice hand offs with Brady practicing for the 4x8. We stopped at Wines Park and did 2 400's for pre meet. Then finished up miles. Hopefully all the girls running today do good. I am running the mile and 4x8 tomorrow and I'm hyped #lesgo

Davis Super Meet (0.994 Miles) 00:04:30, Place overall: 4 | | First outdoor meet of the year today! So that was cool. 2 mile warm up with Garek and the gang. Sadly he wasn't there to run the mile with me and sean #cryingemoji He prolly was afraid i'd beat him...... I got out good. My place didn't change much the entire race. Until the third or fourth lap I was in 5th place, drafting off of Camren Todd from Davis. So first lap was 65. Good. Second and third laps 70's. Not good. I could tell the leaders picking it up on the second lap and instead of surging past Camren and going with them I was a wimp and I stayed behind him. Josh Ward and Adam Haynes ended up getting 4:27's and I would have been close to that if I went with them. I didn't want to be going into the wind. But excuses excuses, wont let that happen again. Last lap was 63. Good. Finished fourth overall, so that was cool. I pr'd by about a second and a half, I was expecting more. Cooled down 3 miles.
Warm up of .75 or something for the 4x800. Originally Dylan was going to run it but he hurt his knee in the hurdles so Chris Kauffman ran our lead leg. He got a 2:08 and gave the baton to Brady in first so great job to him. Brady got the baton to me in first and ran a 2:06. I was all alone by that point so it was very hard to pace. Im good at pacing for other races but 800 is hard for me, especially when I had no idea if I went out to hard or if the guy was gaining on me. Pushed hard and got 2:05. Sean ran well got 2:05 and we won! Overall time was a little slow, 8:25. We'll have to see if we run it at Pine View.
Overall the meet was good, got some decent times. Now I can focus on good hard training for a week and a half and then were down to St. Geezy for the 2mile! I'm ready to throw down a killer time! (and beat warbeast) speaking of that, me and matt slayed AA today. Matt could hardly contain his excitement in her presence. I thought he was gonna pee his pants.

| | Distance run to recover from the meet today. It was a very refreshing run because we didn't have to push the pace, and we ran to Thoms uncles house and I had never been there. I like doing routes ive never run before. It doesn't happen very often after 3 cross country seasons and 2 track seasons. Average pace 7 minutes. Tomorrow we have a tempo run so looking forward to that.
Shout out to all the upsets in March Madness. Good job to those guys who don't just give up cuz they're a higher seed.
Shout out to Coach Jamie for giving me a shout out, go check it out! @coachjamie
Shout out to all the people in @controversialcam's blog that were bashing on kentucky. Controversial Topic of the day: Why don't people give credit when credit is due and stop being h8ers

| | 1.25 warm up. Ran out 1 mile. Then 6 miles of tempo. We switched off from 5:27-5:42 and 6:10-6:30 each mile. We ran 3 more out and back, so then 1 after coming back at whatever pace. My times were 5:30, 6:29, 5:31, 6:22, 5:30, 6:15. It was a tuff workout but I felt good while I was doing it. I feel like I hit some solid times so I'm ready for what lies ahead. Shout out to Sean because we pulled away from the group on the last 2 and were pushing each other and killing it. Shout out to Matt because he had a very good workout. Something about Matt, he always kills the tempo runs, he's good at those kind of runs. He also is opening his mission call tonight so thats sick, check his blog out the next few days to see where he goes.
Shout out to Jamie for letting be a butthole and wait till the last day of the term to get my grade up, and she's a great coach.

| | Great run today. I ran 12 miles and after I was done it felt like i ran 8. It was at 6:39 average pace. At first I thought I was going too fast and trying to slow down. But i felt good and like conner mantz said screw it. But i didn't die off and kept the pace consistent. Other than the warm up every mile was 6:48 or faster. Weather was awesome, got hecka tan. Today pretty much was the gr8est run of my life.
