AM: 5 on Parkway. 6:47ap but didn't feel that fast.
PM: 3 mile warm up and some strides. Then 2x200,400,200. 2's at 800 pace 4's at mile. 45 seconds rest in between each and then 3 minutes rest in between sets. Times were 28,68,31,31,64,29 or something around that. It was over super quick, nice short workout. Finished up barefoot and shirtless on the turf.
