MISSION 5K TIME TRIAL 3. Went to Stade Charléty by Cité Universitaire. Turns out the track has one normal curve and the other one cuts off some distance and is a rounded right angle. I ran in the outside lane and each lap turned out to be the right distance. 2 mile warm up, strides. It was getting pretty cold by the time I started. Part way through it started snowing. Finishing time was 16:39 with laps of 1:17,20,21,21,21,20,21,20,19,20,21,17 and .13 in 35. Really happy with how it went. I was in a nice rhythm and had a fun time. Cooldown to 6.5 for the day.
