Run a few days a week to maintain some fitness while keeping my feet from hurting too bad

Had our team banquet today and it was super sick. I was awarded the Outstanding Distance Runner so thank you to jamie. I'm so sad that the seniors are not gonna be with me for upcoming xc. Biggest shout out i've ever given to Brady, Stewart, Sean and Matt for being my best buds this last year. You guys the real MVP's
