4.5 mile warm up. Switched shoes. Strides. Then 6x400 with 2:30 rest in between. Wanted to start at 2 mile pace (71) and work gradually to mile pace (66) Hit 71,68,67,66,65,64. It was a fun workout. Cooled down to 10 for the day.
