| | 7.5 miles. . .. Maybe Since it's spring break, I was able to sleep in, and didn't have to worry about doing anything today. Except the workout. 4X1200m at 3200m pace, with 3 min. recovery, then 2X1000m at same pace. Well, this workout kills. I had to change it to 5000m pace(6 seconds a mile slower, so it really wasn't that much slower). Warmed up, then jumped into it. Felt great on the first two, hurt on the third, and really hurt on the fourth. Then I took a longer break, then did a 600m at 1:39, a little rest, then a 1:07 400m. Then 2X200m at 29. Then cooled down with Claire and later Tyson. Legs hurt from Saturday.
4 miles easy. Didn't have much going on in the middle of the day, so I just went on a run.

| | I kept putting off my run until 2. Then it started to rain pretty bad, so I waited a little more. This is the one bad thing about spring break, I put off everything. Once the weather was better I did 5 mile tempo. My legs felt tired, and 3.5 miles into it my achiellies started hurting. Then it started hailing, and it hurt! I planned on stopping at 4 miles because of the hail, but it lightened up. I should've just stopped, because my achiellies was hurting a bunch in the last mile. Averaged 5:25, and my last mile was around 5:50. After I cooled down with Claire for a mile.
4 easy miles later. I was running easy, but someone was about to catch me, so I kept speeding up. After about a quarter mile I knew they were going to catch me, so I slowed back down. The guys name was Nick, and I've seen him running in a bunch in the canyon. Turned out he was a pretty good college runner in the early to mid 2000s.

| | Met up with Rex Shields(he's up in Cache Valley for a few months.) and ran an easy six. It was fun running with him, I felt like the pace was faster than it should've been, but after I saw the clock it actually wasn't that fast at all. We saw Carson Campbell(Preston coach) at a mile and a half into it. He ran with us for the rest of our run, so that was pretty fun.

| | Possibly the hardest workout I've done in a long time, maybe ever. It was 2X(1X800m then 2X400m, then 4X200m) all at (goal) mile race pace or faster, with equal recovery. I warmed up from my house to the track(about a mile and a half.) First 800m went good (2:07). Then the 400s were a bit fast. (59, and 1:02) Then the 200s were all where they should be (29-31). I took a 3 lap break before starting the second set. The 800m went amazing for how tired I felt (2:04) Then the 400s were good again (59, and 1:01.9). The 200s hurt more than ever at the end. (30 on all of them.) Cooled down home.

| | 8 with 6 strides in the middle. It felt hard just to move my legs. It's been a good week of miles and workouts.
