Today I ran three miles and it was great! I haven't ran that far since before I got sick! Crazy! My legs were tired afterwards but it was good.
Today's run was awesome. I went a little faster for the second half. And it was tough but it felt great! I broke down and had a Mountain dew today.. And I could feel it. Me and my weaknesses...
