Ran with Tom for the whole thing, and helped pull him through the last three or four miles. We ran out to Smithfield, around Smithfield, then West of Main/Highway two miles and gradually worked our way back through Hyde Park and then back to Logan. I really could feel the micro-tears happening in my legs around 13 or so miles. They didn't really get worse, but I could feel them the whole time after that for the rest of the run. Having more water stops made a big difference. 6:48 average.
