On Treadmill, feeling sick and no energy
Did 80 minutes rotating between the treadmill, elliptical, and bike
We warmed up. I then did 5 intervals that were approximately 400m at 5 minute pace and then did 5 more at 4:40 pace. I did a cooldown after.
