Was hoping today would just be some miles and I wanted to run at what felt comfortable really. For the first two-thirds of the run my breathing was really off so I didn't feel comfortable. The last two miles or so my legs got really tired. Overall things felt really tired today, and it may all be because of how poor my nutrition was after my run yesterday (eating rice krispy treats for a few hours and not eating until 9:30 at night). My left foot felt a little tender in varying places today as well. I ended up averaging 6:20s still though.
