I ended up getting my run in in the morning today because Tom's achilles is still bothering him and he isn't runing. I did the 6.3 mile loop at a pretty average effort. I didn't end up wearing my watch. The legs still felt tired, especially the uphills towards the end. I did 4 strides afterwards, and those felt pretty good on the last two. My left foot is still hurting, I think it's probably some bruising or something.
