Short-Term Running Goals:
I'd like to be able to run long distances 10+ miles at under a 10:00 pace.
I'd like to run short distances at an 8:00 pace.
I'd like to convince my dog to run at my pace, not his.

I finally got out a few times this week. My left thigh still feels tight but overall I felt good and so went up and over the hill to Glen Park.
