I once ran a 5M race at 7:28 pace. That was 15 years ago.


Starting September 2010 my PRs are:

3M: 26:38 25:44

5K: 27:43 26:33

1/2 Marathon: 2:22:19

10M: 1:56:40 1:44:41

15M: 3:03:24 2:53:42



Short-Term Running Goals:

I'd like to be able to run long distances 10+ miles at under a 10:00 pace.

I'd like to run short distances at an 8:00 pace.

I'd like to convince my dog to run at my pace, not his.

Update 10.13.10:

As I have begun to run consistently these last three months and am really enjoying the process & progress, I'll set these goals:

5K: <25:00

1/2 Marathon: <2:00:00

Ran with Hugo, took him a while to settle in, so there was a lot of stopping and starting at first, but he did OK after ten minutes or so. First run with the Kinvaras. I like the weight and the flatness of them. The left one is little narrow, so I'm not sure how it'll feel on a long run.
