4 with wife in the hottest temperature we have had so far, was definitely no acclimated so much more of a struggle than it should have been!

another very hot run, I think that slow hot runs can be very beneficial to overall fitness though

3 with a goal of the last two being at sub 7 miles, it seems to me that I get my fitness back faster with shorter "faster" runs than with long slow distance. Ran warmup mile then next two at 7:05, 7:03, and half mile cooldown so not quite what I wanted but still faster turnover then most of my runs recently

4 in the early morning!!! Was running before 5! Enjoyed sunrise no worry about pace. 

 

Wife did her first century ride today!!
