Another 4 easy, really trying to work on recovery although I have not slept well in forever, so taking it easy yesterday and today so hopefully I can get a real good workout in tomorrow and build some confidence.

Good luck with the workout tomorrow! It's amazing what a confidence boosting workout will do. Have you set any time goals for KC yet?

Not sure yet. Ideally I'd go for another PR, but the long runs have not been there. Unless tomorrows run goes well, I am thinking 3:15 or 3:20
