I always said that I wasn't a runner, however this year I have come to LOVE to run!  Now it's an addiction!

 

Short-Term Running Goals:

I have finally decided to run a half marathon, however, it falls on the same Sunday as our primary program. Do you think I could make it to church on time??

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to be healthy and active.

Personal:

Married for 7 years to an amazing husband who suppports me in all my crazy activities even while going to grad school and is crazy busy himself! Two beautiful kiddo's 5 and 3!

I just got my garmin so this was my first recorded run. I love using it and can't wait to unleash it's full power!  I had to walk a lot of this path today, hope to do better friday!

I struggled through my jog this morning.  The first mile I walked and then kept a nice jog pace the rest. My shoes, oh man I was hoping for a better first run than that.  My right foot was bliss, however my left KILLS me I had a sore leg anyway and now my shoe hits my arch funny what should I do?? besides fix my run on sentence? 

Off to hike TIMP!!

My left leg hurts so bad!! What on earth did I do to it? It only hurts after I have run a bit and then have to stop, how can I help this?
