So I didn't press start on my garmin till we were already on the trail this morning, so I don't really know how far we went, I know I went at least three.  Today was tuff, I think that 5 hours of sleep for the last couple of days is catching up to me.  So question, if 12 minutes of swimming equals 1 mile of running. Do I get to count 5 hours of swimming lessons to the equation??  Could be why I have been so pooped!

lack of sleep always kills me on my runs. :) 5 hours of swimming lessons is equal to a full marathon. :)
