I always said that I wasn't a runner, however this year I have come to LOVE to run! Now it's an addiction!
Short-Term Running Goals:
I have finally decided to run a half marathon, however, it falls on the same Sunday as our primary program. Do you think I could make it to church on time??
Long-Term Running Goals:
I want to be healthy and active.
Personal:
Married for 7 years to an amazing husband who suppports me in all my crazy activities even while going to grad school and is crazy busy himself! Two beautiful kiddo's 5 and 3!
Do you guys run while you have a chest cold? I don't know if I am being a wus but I can barely breathe! Hmm, I wonder if it would help me clear my lungs......or I might pass out.....if you see my on the trail call 911!!

Head cold yes, chest, depends :) If I am in the chest and sick- no way :( If you have asthma, there are a bunch of runner on the blog who deal with it. (teena, juliec are two)
You could try a mile or two and see how it feels. Do you have a fever?
