Ran at the gym on the treadmill.  Did random hills.  Wasn't the way I like to spend my runs, but at least I got a run in.

Ran & explored a new neighborhood.  Hot, humid, and got yelled at & flipped off by someone that was unhappy that I wasn't going fast enough across a marked cross-walk.  Sharing & Caring.

Ran on Ft. Meade and saw this sign where General Patton's HQ used to be:

Right after I passed this sign, the podcast I was listening to stopped playing and The Ballad of the Green Beret from my itunes came on.  Weird.

I stopped at the USO to fill up my water bottle.  And in case I haven't mentioned it yet this summer, it was HOT and HUMID!
