I had to wake up at 3:30 this morning to get the legs & back & ab ripper done and have enough time to get ready before seminary. I drove there today because I was supposed to be meeting someone for a VT meeting at McDonalds during the class.
She never showed up- so I got a nap in the car (thank you again RAD for the fuzzy blanket, that's twice in a week it's saved me!) and have no regrets. I needed sleep. I was sooo tired.
Good news is I have almost zero soreness. Just a little bit left over in my calves. If it's not raining, maybe I'll run a little tonight. --- no run. 45 minute elliptical reading the book "The Running Dream." I'm about half way through and I'm liking the book. Very easy reading.
