Had to get up before 4 so I could start P90X yoga at 4. It's 92 minutes long, and honestly, I was worried.
I liked that it had a lot of the stretches that we do in the stretch video because I needed to stretch out something fierce. I'm glad the video is divided into 2 sections, because I was nearly KO'd after all those one legged leaning stretches. There were some difficult things I hadn't anticipated, but all in all, I liked the video and have felt so much better sore-ness wise since I finished it.
I had zero energy after work. It took all I had to get home, open some windows for a breeze, and lay down for a nap. I am finding myself very, very tried at the end of the day lately. I'm not running much, but these videos seem to wear me out even more than running does. |
