We did a hard but fun work out. Those 200 where hard to keep up. I had no morning run and it was havenly to be able to sleep in.

I had a meeting with my teacher with my mom. So I did that and went home and ran my wonderful Bolivard  lope and a .5 mile in between.

I love that race. Ya it was raining, but it was fun to do that too.  I was one person behind Kaiyle. I am so close. My goal is to run with her in region. I know we will puch each other and will do better togeather if we do so.

It was a great recovery run. And I stayed up with Hunter and Jose and in the middle Reed. I felt so good to be up there with them.They are fast even when they are doing a "easy" three.

We took wonderful pictures and then got Ice Cream!!! Wich I got in a cup and ran to the school and then ate. It was good ice cream and run!

Me, Liz and Kaiyle all went running this morning. It was a great run. I love running with them. It was a nice pace too.
