I had a great morning run and did a 2 mile afternoon workout, before I went to my apontment.
I am sick and have been thourghing up all morning.
I went in the morning run. It was great. I couldn't go in the afternoon, do to ETS.
I was retriving of not running for 2 days. I felt pretty good for not running for 2 days.
Was a great run and workout.
I felt good about this race. I bet my PR!!! I hope to be up there with Kaliey nest time. I had an good adituide and kept it in the race. I am glad with that race and know I will do my best to better next time.
