I did a Michigen! How cool it is to say that. I can't belive I did it. It was hard and I felt like I was going to throw-up the hole time. But I did it.

It was a great recovery run.

I did the morning run and I did my 3 mile afternoon run,but I didn't have time to do my 200 so I feel bad about that, but you got to do what you got to do.

I did half way warm-up and cool. I think I did pretty good for our speed work out. I gave it all I got.

I did 3 in the morning,was a great run. I did 3.5 miles and 8 striders. It was a great run and I stayed with the people I should be with.
