It started out great and went down hill from there. I went to fast to soon, was one of my problems. I was mad that I wasn't staying up with Arby. I stayed behind her, not to much, during my run. It was not my race, lets just go with that.
I did 4 miles(in the afternoon) and I don't hurt or I mean pain hurt. I think I need to start going up on my milage by doing 3 1/2 mile runs. I am really sore though and the weights didn't help to much ;)
It was a good race. I was up with the group I wanted to. I love how we stayed as a group and poled each other. I felt pretty good through the hole thing. I felt like I did pretty good. It is a hard course, but I liked it.
It was a slow run, but a good recovery run from the two races. I need to start running 1/2 mile more.I think I am ready and will stay heathly doing it!.
