I want to be a level two, but I am having a little trouble with my I.T . Band and now I have shin splints. And they have hurt sence the race. Because of my I.T. Band I have to do less mileage. I have to only go up by half miles because of it.  I had an o.k. morning run.

It was an o.k. run. I didn't feel like I did as good as I could have on the sprints though.

I did a three mile out of my work out. I felt o.k. about thoughs curies things. I felt like I did o.k. on them. I only did a half way to hearts warm up and cool down.

I did a mile in P.E. and ended up doing latter, wich is a half milesish. Then my warm up lap. Plus my work out. I did 3 miles grass run instead of doing 4 miles. It was an o.k. run. My legs wrent doing the best and I was tried form P.E.

It was a great race!!! The only thing I regret is that I wasn't up with Aubrey and the group up there. I know if I stayed with them I could have done faster and made my PR. My pr being 24:38. I am getting close. My goal next time is too stay with that group and too at least make my PR. So during my practise I am trying to be at that pace and with that group and still not do to much millage.
