It was a great run. For the 2 miles I kept up and did the pace thing. I want to be that pace or strive to get there.

I did three in the morning and two in the afternoon practice. It felt good to do more than one mile in the afternoon practice, but during my run I got a crap. I think if I eat before I run or to much and run an hour latter I get them. I hope that is what it is.

It was an o.k race. Need to start my runs faster and stay with Kaile Gillespie, she is where I should be. I did think the more warm up helped my race better. I did pass the people that where walking:)

Was a good 4 miles. Trying to get use to doing those more. And did 2 in the afternoon. It was hot!!!!!

It was a good hill run. I did 4.5 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. It was hard and hot!! They felt o.k.
