I did it on my own. It was up and down formaster hill and only .5 of it was not going up hill or down hill. Was a good run. My ankle still hurts a little bite.

Was good run. I did one mile at the afternoon workouts. The wights where good.

Trying to get to level two, but I got too start at being better on my 4 milers. Going betten 3 and 4.Once I feel good with toughs I will start doing 4 and 5 milers. It was a good run. I felt good about.

I am doing better on my hill work outs.That is good, because I am wordy about hills in our races, so trying harder to get better at them. It was a good run.
