I ran with Taylor and it felt good. My goal right now is by the first face, I can run and have the 5k be under 30 minutes.And I did my FIRST WARM UP LAP!! It felt good to have a warm up.

I am trying to pace myself a little bit faster. I am trying to go about 10 minute a mile. And getting more running then jogging.

I did my grass run today. It felt good.

It felt good. Was very hilley the whole time,but I did it all in 36 minutes.

Felt good. It was about a running pace. I did it in about 30 minutes!!! I think I can be back where a was with practice and running every day.
