Get back to where I was and fight for a place in Varsity or high J.V.!
My First time on the ROAD in about 3 to 4 months!!! 1.6 jogging and 2.4 speed walking.
I did the same thing as yesterday and I am trying to get my cardio up and will hopefully get jogging only on the road for 3 miles in one and a half weeks!
I went on the grass today and it felt good. 1.5 jog and 2.5 speed walking!
2 mile jog on the road and 1 mile on track. Ankle fills good just a little soar.
2 miles jog on road and 1 mile speed walk on track. Was slow but don't feel the ankle. My form is getting better.
