I took Ashlyn to violin practice this morning so I had to split my run up.  I did a before, during, and after run.  Went out at a little faster pace this morning.

Dace, Rich, and I met down at the trail for 10.  It was quite the thunderstorm last night so it was a little humid but the temps weren't bad.  We went a little faster than we've been running.  I felt pretty good most of the way so it was a good confidence builder.

Ran the long one alone today which is never fun.  I couldn't get too sleep so i got out a little later than I wanted.  I finished around 9:30 so the last couple of miles it was a little warm.  I'm a wimp anymore when it comes to the heat.
