Black Sheep workout at Miller Park. 3 x hill repeats on the road; 2 x ~ 700m intervals uphill on the trail; 5 x ~350 intervals uphill on the trail plus warm up and cool down.

For the first time in over a year I decided to check to see if you blogged. If you are doing workouts is it safe to assume you are back?

"Back" is a relative term. I'm running and have been for a while. Just starting to be more consistent again. Blogging hasn't been on the radar for a while, but just trying again to track things. How is it going with you?

Overall very good. There had been a rough spot with work but then some NIH funding came through. This is a five year grant that could really open up a faculty position for me. Running had been consistent but not competitive for awhile, however this year I've started gaining steam and last month I finally had an awakening back to the running "feel". Last week I just registered for my first marathon in what will be three years! TOU again. Hopefully I run into sometime, I'd like to catch up.
