| | Half hour dreadmill, can't complain too much with how it went. Massage did wonders, and certain other unhealthy body habits were controlled. Going to go for a slow mileage build, which worked in the spring, and hopefully peak for a half marathon in January. |

| | Home loop, felt stiff, but I had done a two hour trainer ride an hour and a half previous. Legs feel great after massage on Sunday! Hopefully this keeps up! |
