Simple easy run; 6.28 miles in 50:10. Went a little faster from 5-6 than I intended on going, because I was in front of a faster runner on a narrow shoulder of busy arterial, and felt bad holding him up; other than that, relaxing and easy, with some hills tossed in just for the sake of it. This is a pretty big week for me in terms of mileage upping, but I haven't felt any pain at all. Legs weren't even really tired, and I'm comfortable enough with the mileage that how I feel after a run is actually based on how long/hard that run was, and not building chronic pain. This is a very good thing.
