Mon- Swim 1.6k, bike 5 k, walk 3k
Tuesday- Swim 1.8k, bike 10k
Wednesday- Bike 40k
Thursday- Boot camp, Swim 1k, Ab work
Friday- Whined at my friend for an hour, no exercise.
Saturday- Boot camp, Speed work at the HS track. Bike ride with son.
I realized that my hip hurts on days I don't even run so maybe it is not related to running. I have been trying to stretch more. Trying to keep an eye on it. |
