Tuesday - took a nap
Wed -Bike 50k
Thursday - swim 2k, run 3k
Friday- Run 10k,boot camp
My hip is sore and I am tyring to remember what I may have done to it. No unusual workouts this week so I can't figure out what it may be. I will try stretching and see what happens in a few days. |
