Week 6 of Hal's training. I made a mistake and thought I was suppose to do 9k this week, instead of 8.5k. Once I finished the 9k, I thought I would just do one more - to see if I could. I did! I know I cheated and wasn't suppose to do a full 10k yet, but I'm proud I did it.
Thinking about doing the Riverton 10k. Wondering if I should try to run the whole 10k, or just walk the first few kilos, then run the amount Hal suggests for my training that week. |
